Credits count successful files

One successfully saved file uses one credit. A ZIP with 20 successfully saved files uses 20 credits. Scans and unsuccessful attempts do not use credits. Canceling does not undo credits for files already saved. The initial 300 credits are not a recurring allowance.

Starting another batch

Start a batch with any positive balance. Reaching zero does not stop that batch for credit reasons. When anonymous credits run out, sign in for your account’s free allowance. If that balance is used up, upgrade before starting another batch. Technical limits still apply.

Included with every paid plan

Paid plans provide a larger download allowance and priority help with download issues. The support response window is 1–2 business days. All three save modes are also available with free credits.

Understanding the annual saving

The $149 yearly plan costs about 58% less than twelve $29.90 monthly payments ($358.80). The allowances differ: 1,000,000 per year versus 100,000 per month. Choose the period and quota that fit your work.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled from the extension popup or by replying to your purchase email. Project Pass and Lifetime are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

If the files you need cannot be downloaded

A conditional 7-day money-back guarantee applies if the extension cannot capture or download the files you need. Contact support with your receipt and an example of the issue, and review the applicable terms in your account-linked checkout.

Questions before your first batch?

What does Simple Mass Downloader do?

Simple Mass Downloader is a batch-download extension for desktop Chrome. Collect accessible file links from pages, open tabs or URL lists, filter your selection, and save files separately, as a ZIP or to a chosen folder.

Is Simple Mass Downloader free?

Start with 300 initial credits without an account. All three save modes are included. This is not a daily or monthly refill. Paid plans provide more download credits.

Can I download all PDFs or images on a page?

Collect accessible file links, filter them and save your selection. Files behind interactive controls, missing image originals, restricted frames or expired links may not be available.

Does it download protected video or an entire website?

It is designed for accessible resource links, including some audio and video files. It does not bypass DRM, logins or paywalls, assemble protected streams, or mirror entire websites.

Can I close the browser while downloading?

Keep Chrome running. Standard downloads and ZIP tasks can continue after closing the Dashboard. Direct-folder saving needs the Dashboard to remain open.

Does everything stay on my computer?

Resource filtering and ZIP creation run in the browser. Downloads contact the source sites; account, credit and payment features connect to services. Some settings can use Chrome sync. Read the published privacy policy for details.

What happens if a download fails?

Supported failures get up to three automatic retries. Completion checks help catch incomplete transfers. If a file still fails, Details explains the reason and what to try next.

Will a new scan mix in my previous files?

No. Each scan opens separate results. Scan all tabs or Scan tabs to the Right intentionally combines only the tabs in that operation.

If I cancel, do completed files still use credits?

Yes. Successfully saved files still count. Failed attempts, skipped files, and files that never finish do not count as successful downloads.
